CNC Turning and Milling

Because precision and efficiency matter to you, we use only Mori-Seiki and Okuma CNC lathes and vertical mills.

Turning – Our CNC lathes have a maximum turning diameter of 30″ and a maximum turning length of 80″.

Milling—Our largest vertical mill has a working envelope measuring 18′ x 24″ x 60″.

CNC and Manual Grinding

Our range of Kellenberger universal grinders, Elb & Blanchard surface grinders, Springfield vertical spindle grinders, and Moore jig grinders are equipped to meet your project’s requirements.

Cylindrical – 14″ diameter X 42″ long

Surface – 24″ X 60″ table size

Vertical – 36″ diameter X 16″ tall

Wire EDM

Our Wire EDM, a 2023 FANUC RoboCut 800 series, showcases cutting-edge technology. With impressive dimensions and capabilities, it handles complex projects effortlessly, setting a new standard in precision manufacturing. Multi-Axis Machining

Equipped with 7 Mazak Integrex multi-axis machining centers, our expert team produces highly detailed components that meet the most demanding specifications. 

Turning – Our turning operations boast a maximum turning diameter of 30″ and a maximum turning length of 100″, ensuring precision and accuracy in every component we craft.

Milling – Utilizing an envelope that accommodates a 30″ cube, we are adept at handling larger and more intricate components efficiently and on time.

Our inspection methods cover everything from traditional practices with traceable blocks to high-tech tools like our optical comparator and Brown & Sharpe CMM. This helps us carefully check, track, and confirm every machined feature.

We’re also proud to be registered under the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business by NWBOC.
